Adv. Seethal is a creator of Safe and inclusive workplaces. With her extensive research and industry study, she speaks with factual data on preventing Sexual Harassment, Diversity and Inclusion, Gender Sensitization and conducts Aspirational Workshop for Women leaders.

She has addressed various HR forums and has spoken on NHRD, EWIT, CII, IEEE, Rotary Club forums, People Matters, Big FM Radio talk shows and has moderated discussion panels. She has spoken in various Colleges such as MOP Vaishnav, MCC, DG Vaishnav at Chennai to create awareness on sexual Harassment and to stress the need for Women to grow to leadership positions. She has addressed school children on the importance of Consent, Good touch, handling teen relationships and mood swings. Seethal is also an active member of the Professional Speakers Association of India.
